5 weeks since my surgery…

Sex twice a day now. Every day. Wondering if it’s too much too soon, because even though sex doesn’t hurt, my dick has a very low grade constant ache to it.

Still have occasional pain at bend and kink points when flaccid.

Still not back to preop size- 1/2 inch down in length, about the same in girth. Although when excited I’m bigger than when just cycling.

Wondering if I just should take a day off from pumping at all.

Good to hear you're using it. That low grade ache goes away eventually. Took me til about 6 to 7 months for it to disappear.

6 1/2 weeks post op report-

-Cycling in the bathtub to 100% and can keep it 30 minutes until an ache kicks in. Then I deflate to 90% and use my VED for 5-10 minutes.

-ALMOST back to preop size of 6.3 inches WITH VED. Otherwise 5.9 (!) when 100% pumped without stimulation. Add another quarter inch with a turned-on, plump glans. Thickness…still have a ways to go….5”, still 1/2 inch shy of my max.

-Sex is amazing. No pain. Had sex three times overnight into morning with amazing orgasms. I will admit I ache more when flaccid after max pump than during sex.

-My GF is treating me a bit like a party trick at swinger gatherings. The eight-inch dudes can’t keep up…

No complaints or major issues.

Thanks for the posts. I'm 5 days out from my implant and last night had serious buyers remorse. Realizing I'll never ever have a natural erection with all the great sensations freaked me out. My cock is black and hurts on the right side at the base. Realized it's the tubing bending and now I try to keep it facing up towards my abdomen with the jock strap. I have pain at the pump site. I found it on day two and started tugging on it like the post operative instruction said and "OUCH" lol. It's still sore. Dr Guise said I can wait a few more days.

Swelling is subsiding and just going to keep taking it easy and using lots of ice and Tylenol and Ibuprofen. Hoping it heals quickly and correctly. Terrified on infection and wondering if get an extension on my antibiotics for another week just to be safe. I have prostatitis and my WBC and RBC counts were low, signifying and low grade infection already

Eid, NY, sorry to hear your pain, had my done on Friday, flew half way across US, drone 5 hours, home now, never had any real pain from it all, Cather got sore but had it removed Monday, fast pump up in office, release, and off to go home, so so easy, he is the BEST! Number doctor in the US.. know his business and is really a fun super nice guy, in out and it was over, now it’s just the pumping thing every day and keeping my Dick up, but blue skys ahead. I can’t stress enough to go with the best, no dissatisfaction just positive vibes everywhere about him, just love love love this guy. Week #8

Mild ache when flaccid is barely noticeable. Eid says about 4 to 8 more weeks and then I’m free of even that.

Ache actually disappears when I inflate. Having sex twice most days, about 15 minute sessions. GF likes s a little bit of flexibility to it during sex so I keep it about 80%. She says when I am 100% it feels too much like her glass dildo. I went full mast at a swingers party just so she could let other people watch as she sucked me off in a hot tub.

Back to running about 5 miles a day, using a jockstrap.

Just about hit my preoperative length. still down in almost half inch in girth. Gently using the VED to help with that. I’m a little tentative using the device because I feel like it pushes on the tubing when I am at high suction, and I’m scared it would damaged the implant.

Went to a well-frequented home of swinger friends for a NYE party. Had a great time.

8 1/2 weeks out and finally started cycling last week. At about 30 pumps I have my original length but 1/2 to 1 inch shy of original girth. Feels skinnier in my hand. Underside in kind of number (I have a transverse incision). Takes longer to orgasm as I've been practicing lol. It aches slightly at max and throughout the day somedays and not at all on others. Mainly concerned about the loss of sensation and girth. Would buying and using a VED really help? Where do I purchase a good one and how do I use it to regain girth?
