My tips do not really go into my glans, so yes I have a bit of "floppy glans". Luckily I get really good glans blood flow, so its helps some. The revision is to attempt to fix that through a number of different possible routes.

What does your original surgeon say about your outcome? He has a pretty good reputation and has trained with Dr. Perito. I can't picture him undersizing someone unless there was a reason (e.g., scar tissue buildup preventing tips from extending farther). Not saying your complaint isn't legit, just curious how he responded.

He said it was a good outcome. He said that he ran into scar tissue and he measured carefully 2x before choosing size. His option for me was to do a glanspexy.

I like Hakky's route better, because he will attempt to remove that scar tissue if it is indeed there. That way I can get a longer implant and keep the tips into the glans. If that is not successful, then he will just do a glanspexy.

Its a bit more of an aggressive approach to fix the issue with the same fallback.

What I have noticed after reading thousands of these stories, is that even top notch doctors make some mistakes now and again. Not saying that is what happened with Tatem, but we will see what my outcome is in a month.

Hi Viaswiss, Regarding how the cylinder sits too lateral, do you know what caused it? Was the cylinder stitched in place through the glans (snake eyes)?
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

I think it is just a biological trait of mine, presumably from scar tissue, although I am not certain. Tatem just mentioned that my right corporal body was more lateral than my left. His nurse mentioned early on when I expressed concern that my body will create a pad there and it wont hurt. I can say that it no longer causes any pain and look "less lateral" now than what it did the first month.

When I brought this up to Hakky, he said that he can just cut a new tunnel for it when he tried to upsize me so that it sits less lateral. He can also do a corproplasty to fix it if needed. I am not concerned with it at all anymore.

ViaSwiss, how much of a residual natural erection can you still get?

Apparently for some poeple a good amount of natural engorgement can be preserved
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

I get really good engorgement of the glans and underside of my penis. There are times that while completely unpumped I "feel" blood flow into my penis as a natural erection would. However, I obviously don't grow a natural erection without pumping.
