Titan valve “failure”

Has anyone ever had issues with their Titan valve failing to hold the saline in the cylinders, like have a slow leak?

I just am noticing that 8+ weeks out from surgery, it takes very little pressure to release and deflate compared to when I first started pumping. Like, slightly more pressure than just placing a finger on the depress button. Also hear a “hiss” for the first second after deflating. Still holds fine when I’m 100%. Just curious.

"Hiss" is the normal sound of the saline flowing through the small tubes that run between the reservoir and the large implant tubes placed into the corpus cavernosum. Test: take inflated penis in one hand, press deflate button with other hand. Allow initial hissing to stop, keep deflate button pushed and then squeeze penis with the other hand. You should hear the "hissing" start again until you drain the majority of saline from the tubes in the corpus.

After two years mine is still hard to press to release fluid.

My valve is surprisingly easy to release now. Slightly more than gentle pressure. Interestingly, I thought I had the one touch release but when I take my finger off the button my dick stops deflating. It holds, then when I push on it again it goes down some more. I guess I don’t have the OTR.

I’d be interested in knowing for those who have a Titan, how much pressure you need to release…

After 12 years my Titan valve quit moving fluid at all. The implant is kaput.
