8 week post-op grower to show-er

Postby Steve1965 » Mon Nov 15, 2021 2:06 pm

Any suggestions on underwear that will support my new package? I need support, but not too constricting as still a little sore.

I like the Jockey boxer briefs, but really like the Champion ones from Costco. They seem to keep things where I want them.

Does anyone wear the double pouch that has separate areas for your cock and balls? If so, what brand do you prefer? Never paid 20 bucks for underwear, but am willing to give them a try.

When I wear underwear at all, I like the Seperatec brand. Scrotum support is just enough and it keeps my implanted penis comfortable. Do keep in mind though, most of the dual pouch styles don't conceal and will usually give your package a boost.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll give them a try.

I use David Archy single pouch bikini briefs. Not expensive at all on Amazon. Made with bamboo fabric. stretchy and are a good banana hanger. And I have 2 pumps. Second is for an 800,AUS also made by Boston Scientific.

I may be in the minority but I like loose briefs. Let it hang and not constrict the cylinders.

I found that no underwear at all worked best for me during the healing after my implant. Almost everybody told me to wear good support underwear but I was the exception. I mentioned this to my surgeon and he said some men found going commando better but most wanted the support. He said whatever worked for me was what I should do.

I've found RBX brand at TJ Max to be most effective for me. They keep their shape and elastic tightness all day, but not too tight, and they breath a little, unlike other nylon types. Others seem to loosen up to much during the day and not hold it in check.. . I have to position my penis to the left or right, if straight up it gets in the elastic waist band and starts to ache. At night, I wear loose ones that I can position straight up. Tommy Johns work well, they have the pocket that it can actually let the tip stick out a bit, so no constriction at all. Good luck, peace out.

I wore an oversized athletic supporter (jock strap) stuffed with a generous amount of surgical gauze as padding for the first few weeks of my convalescence. Was very comfortable.
