I currently have about a 20-25 degree upward curve. I'm about 6.3" long bone-pressed erect.
If I got an implant, and the implant straightens me out, might I conceivably gain length? Anyone with experience in this?
Curved pre-implant - does straightening = longer

By the time I got to surgery, I had lost well over an inch in length due to Peyronie's and ED. I went into surgery at 5.5 inches with a 60 degree curve, according to my surgeon. After surgery he said the curve had been reduced to under 30 degrees. Nine months post op, I am very nearly completely straight and measure six and a quarter in length. Cycling could possibly give me a bit more. To answer your question, yes you can gain length and have a straight penis.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.
