I may be in the minority but I like loose briefs. Let it hang and not constrict the cylinders.

For the longest time, I went commando. ANY pressure would drive me through the roof. I finally found crotchless underwear for men. It was enough so that my ass was not eating at my pants and I was not constantly picking myself, lol.
I am able to wear regular underwear now, but it took a long while.

i know you are 8 weeks out, so this is a little tricky.

For me, underwear is just not an issue. I do well with briefs, any size, but also do well with boxers.

On the subject of underwear, I gave it up once and for all as a second Lieutenant at Ft Polk Louisiana in the mid 1980s. Heat, humidity, and 2 week field problems gave me what felt like terminal crotch rot. So I just gave up underwear. I haven’t had any trouble since. An implanted guy needs supportive underwear like a fish needs a bicycle.
