Hoping to maintain size-Clavell

Postby Craigohbig » Mon Nov 22, 2021 10:24 am

Getting implanted on Wednesday in Houston. According to everything I've red on here, keeping this size is going to be tough. I'm currently (never get the best measurements) 8 1/8" bp and 6 1/8 girth. I get about 80% hard now but lose it very quickly. I measured 7 3/4 nbp about three weeks ago after 3 levitras. Clavell seems pretty sharp, but I guess we'll see

Craig,
You are in very good hands of one highly skilled implant surgeon.
He will do everything possible to preserve what you have now.
Be positive. In the beginning it might look as loss of lenght but you will get it back when you start cycling. Follow his instructions up to the letter.
I was implanted by him on December 2, 2020 and I am very satisfied with outcome.
Good luck on your surgery and recovery.

Can I use the ved the morning of the procedure? Night before? Any benefit?

My surgeon's instructions included stopping VED, Traction and Sildenafil etc., and if I remember correctly, it was three days prior. Never asked him why though.

stopping traction and ved is to avoid any cuts in the skin of the penis which could increase the chance of infection.
not sure about why stopping pills but probably in regards to blood pressure.
that being said, i've heard of guys that did traction all the way up until the day of surgery without issues.
probably the ones with a vacuum chamber are safer as they shouldn't really cut the skin.

I came out of surgery the exact same length I went in, and have gained 3/4" since.

Really there is no reason why anybody would lose length. With the AMS kit doctors get a measuring device where they know exactly what length of the cylinders without adding too many rte's, but IF they do have to make adjustments, that is what the rte's are for. When implants first started coming out it was common to lose an inch, but now it has become so common most urologists can perform the surgery. I do not believe that only a couple in this country can perform that type of surgery. It has become more and more popular with men suffering from ED.

Dr. Clavell is great! He did mine in May! I am in the Houston area as well if you need advice.
