tri-mix gel

Which category would this be best discussed? Implants? or injections? Pricy but may work for some instead of injections. (Fear of needles) I tried some to engorge my glans and general meat along with my implant. WORKED GREAT. Blood red and engorged. Half hard on with a minimal dose before even inflating. More sensitive also. Liked seeing my complete old friend back and not just a popsicle on a stick.

Didn't know it came in gel form. Did it do anything to increase glans sensitivity?
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Tried it at the tune of a hundred $ bill. Uncomfortable. Burned and hurt just like the trimix injection became with time. No thank you. Next?
1947-77YO Uncut Married 48 years to supportive wife. Serious ED at 65YO. Used pills, VED, rings, Muse, Increasing Trimix: discontinued with 85 units of 80/3/25 didn't work. Got peyronies. 22cm Coloplast Titan 11/18/20. Legacy pump.125ml reservoir. Pleased
