6 hrs post op!
6 hrs post op!
Had my Titan implanted about 6 hrs ago by Professor David Ralph in London. Sat up in bed now having eaten and drank with mild to no pain. I realise the the op pain relief is still present but so far so good. Implant is to treat peyronies curve. Will keep posting my progress.

Congrats! All the best. Will be very interested to hear how things progress as I’m London-based, also.
NHS or private?
37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.
Re: 6 hrs post op!
Went private in the end as waiting list is quite long at the moment and my BMI is a little high so can’t go on waiting list unless I lost about a stone in weight. Had it done at the Edward 7th Hospital.
Re: 6 hrs post op!
I too am struggling with the weight issue since Covid. Has NHS restricted this treatment for chubsters due to increased risk? If they tried this in the US there would be a riot….at a McDonald’s probably!
63yr old. PDwith 40% dor. Curve. Pre-PD 7”x6”.lost 2 in. due to PD. ED prior to PD. Switched from Sildalifil to Trimix Nov 2023 . Currently titrating Trimix for optimization.
Re: 6 hrs post op!
They need BMI to be 30 or less.
Re: 6 hrs post op!
So 26 hrs post op. No pain during the night. Catheter & drainage removed slight sting but not for long size looks same as pre op. Now for 4 he train journey. So far so good !
Re: 6 hrs post op!
Now 2 days post op. 4 the train journey wasn’t a problem but I took it very steady. Slight discomfort today around site where reservoir has been placed, also slight discomfort around stitches and discomfort due to implant being slightly inflated. But all of this very minor and no pain whatsoever when layed still.
Re: 6 hrs post op!
Sounds good, congratulations!
1978, male Netherlands. ED due Propecia use. Currently using cialis.

Hi' I've seen dr ralph a couple of times and i'm now considering which surgery to have for an 80 degree curvature. Did you have an excision and graft as well as an implant?
Peyronies since december 2017. 80 degree curve and shrinkage. Tried every supplement, traction and VED.
