As we age, ligaments loosen. So, I did not expect my erection to come within an inch (2 cm) of touching my belly as it did when I was a youth.

But now, in my 70s, the distance is not very much more. The difference is that my belly now reaches out to touch my erection.

Angle of erection, about 2:30. Buut the gentle saber-curve of my erect penis is still there.

When standing mine is at about 4:30 , laying down it stands straight up. Probably a little too heavy for my older ligaments I've never had it stand up, at the most when younger it went straight out.

I’m unimplanted with PD. Prior to PD I was about 2:30 even with a raging one. Even in my youth before the shrinkage it’s been the same angle. Angle and firmness I don’t think are necessarily correlated. The angle is probably irrelevant for sex; the curve is another story. It’s a total pain.

Mine is at 3pm and to my knowledge most are. For me the disadvantage is that standing sex is difficult and reverse cowgirl is uncomfortable. Other than that its all good!
