Penile disuse atrophy

What do we know here about penile disuse atrophy? I can only get like a 50% erection like once a week with no morning wood. Am i going to lose size if i decide to go for an implant??

This question is on here a lot.I lost about an inch but have gained it back.Itcreally comes down to being able to achieve an erection.What good is a limp dick verses and rock hard dick anytime you want it!When everything else fails,pills,injections,pumps,etc.an Implant is the last and only thing and believe me it works!

The old saying, "Use it or lose it" I think applies here. If you plan to get an implant I'd start using a vacuum device to maintain length. I was still getting morning wood once a week or so but ended up losing close to an inch after being implanted.

@Old Guy - Did you lose the inch after the implant? If thats the case then wouldn’t the issue not be disuse atrophy?

@gjmjoe017 - how often were you getting erections when you lost the inch?

I lost the inch with implant surgery,but have gained it back.

Over 20 years of ED, I shrunk 1 1/2 inches.

My wife loves my implanted dick more than my youthful dick! Now I stay hard as long as we like and now she experiences no pain when it’s fully in.
