Ejaculation without touch ?!

Hello, everyone. I have a question and I hope at least someone can answer. Has anyone experienced PE when they get a full erection? Lately, when I masturbate and get a 90-95% erection, I feel a tickle. I stop touching my cock, but it continues. After 20-30 seconds ejaculation follows. Without touching my cock at all. I have the feeling that I can't get a full erection in most cases for this very reason. It's like my body is "guarded" by this. This is done in a sitting position. I already have so many symptoms of problems that I don't know what it is.

I've had that happen too, but it didn't take 20-30 seconds, more like 5-10.
When I'm pumped, and really hard, it makes my frenulum really protrude and get super sensitive. I even had a double-orgasm once not too long ago,, that was great.. I've dealt with PE a lot because of that, but over the last 8 months I've noticed a loss of that super sensitivity, and taking Cialis has made it actually hard to orgasm at times, but it's still sensitive.
