Hardness

I got implanted on 11/16. When I cycle it’s hard but not super hard like some guys talk about. Some guys use the word marble. Is some thing wrong or is it that I’m not pumping to the extreme? The angle seems good at a little higher that 3 o’clock. I’m assuming that it’s bc I’m not pumping to the super max, but is painful when I keep it like that for a half hour.

It took me about 4 months for my Titan to work great. I kept pumping and it kept getting better. Doctor told me to be patient.

A little bit more information, is needed, are you talking about the pump bulb or your Rick?

30 minutes is a long time at the beginning, you are stretching tissues, and I’d say compressing tissue, maybe restricting blood flow to other tissues besides what was done to get the implant in.

At the beginning I couldn’t stand more than 15 minutes pumped to max now 2 years later I can pump to max and stay that way for over an hour.

For me max is when I can’t squeeze the pump bulb anymore, maybe a little flex but not full wall to wall pumps and the pump bulb is totally hard.

I’m talking about my dick. You bring up an interesting question, is it better to be super hard for a shorter amount of time or not super hard for 30 mins? I just figure if I’m going to have sex soon I need to be hard for more than 15 mins

i know exactly what you mean. Even i feel I am not super hard and not like how guys describe it here. I too am totally confused

I've got a cx and almost 3 months post op. At first I could only do like a 1/2 a pump, after i got released too, now can go 3/4 squeeze or w2w if i want. Question: are you holding onto the block where the button is or just above the block?

Some of this depends on the device you have. And can take a while early on if you are still having pain or as was said still getting things to break in. The LGX is softer deflated and the Titan harder hard. But once I was working mostly normal my LGX was harder than I ever was without implant. This is quick with a few of us but can take a while with others. Give it a few months. Keep following your doctors' cycling instructions. Pump as much as you can for as long as you are told to keep it inflated. Discomfort is not bad but severe pain is. You are looking to feel stretching but not really bad pain. So as much as you can to keep it for 30minutes if that is what the doctor says to do.

That’s what I’m trying to figure out is it better to be very hard for 15 or softer for 30?

From my understanding of protocols for cycling they start of low in time and increase in time. the time you are at in that schedule (be it 30minutes) is what you are looking for to stay inflated to stretch the tissue and implant also. But severe pain is not acceptable. Just discomfort. But to some discomfort is pain. And some use pain meds to be able to even cycle in the beginning. Any way that is my understanding of the process. You might want to ask your doctor. As we are all different and doctors are also. You can pump to discomfort and feeling stretching and if that goes away at say 10 minutes in you may want to try to add a 1/2 or full pump. Just want to feel it stretch for that full amount of time. Again you might want to ask your doctor. Good luck.
