That sounds like the one. Had an old model implant. Not a Titan or LGX or CX.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.

Proximal Perforation Sling Repair 4/13/21 Dr. Broghammer

66 years young.

Will show and tell and talk with others.

I bet we're talking about the same guy. Got his implant at 17 if I remember correctly. I've bumped into his postings several times as I've delved into learning about ED & implants.
Btw, it is a learning experience to see how some members that now post felt many years ago. Truely shows how thoughts evolve. Not judging them.
I'd like to also say that we don't have any way to factor in the men that don't outlive their implants. So to say that there're lots of functional implants in cemeteries. My father in law is one of them.
Also, if you consider that there is actually four items that can fail. I.E. two cylinders, the pump & a couple of feet of tubing & maybe connectors. It only takes one of them failing to cause a revision.
