That's interesting that you had PE and I see you have the implant. May I ask did that mean you are basically over the PE now, in terms of it doesn't really matter that you cum early because you can just keep going?

A bit of both. For the first couple years after the implant my ejaculation/orgasm were delayed. Now, 4 years on, orgasm/ejaculation can be pretty swift unless I pause or slow the thrusting (which, before the implant, slowing/pausing would collapse the erection). But on the good side, I can continue coitus even after orgasm/ejaculation because the implant's erection keeps my penis erect. My desire to continue coitus does wane, though, just as before the implant.

I am very suspicious of these Doppler ultrasounds for the simple reason that the drugs they use to cause an erection to occur bypass many of the processes that enable an erection. They do not prove you do not have a form of CVOD IMO. I feel they will only show SOME of the reasons that the penis is not capable of performing venous occlusion.
For example, how do these tests rule out a neurological issue? How do they show you have an issue with the NO pathway? How do they show you if the inhibitory process’s in the penis are overactive? All of these things can cause CVOD or if we are to use the simple laymen term; a venous leak.
I wonder if they used phentolamine in your injection as well?
Perhaps when you speak with your urologist who ordered these tests he will explain why the radiologist said what he did.

I would find it odd that the complete lack of nocturnal erections will not receive more focus as this would imply there is a strong physiological reason at play here.
I would get another opinion from a specialist who is prepared to look at the complete picture and not rely on these fallible test results if this urologist claims you have no issue.
