Sex with implant not so good

Hi guys well I’ve just had my first couple of sex sessions after having the implant 4 months with a new partner. It wasn’t great, unfortunately I kept slipping out in the missionary position and couldn’t really build up much friction. It was certainly a lot better than this when I had a good erection with the injections (when they worked that is). I lost some size (now 5.5 inch length 4.5 girth) plus in reality it’s shorter than this as tips only go half way inside glans which remains soft losing half to three quarters of an inch of firm penis. I think also in the missionary permission as the penis is 3pm to the body rather than pointing up its also more likely to slip out. My new partner is heavier than previous partners which I guess doesn’t help. Any identification with this problem or advice? It feels a bit disappointing after all it taken to get this far

We rarely do missionary position anymore due to my lost length and slipping out, plus she has gained weight.

I had the same problem with my wife originally, you can and will get better at it if you keep at it. I find the more I can pin her legs back, the better. Fortunately my wife is pretty flexible that way, but even lifting one leg up end back a bit should help.

Jonarr, I think a lot depends on how the woman carries her weight. Heavy inner thighs or a bulging lower belly probably aren't very conductive to missionary sex. How to adapt to is is the question. I would suggest to keep several extra pillows on the bed. Don't be afraid to put 1 or even 2 under the lower part of her ass. This should rotate her vagina upwards for a better angle.
Try shorter strokes closer to her body. I.E. don't pull back so far that the head of your penis comes out of her vagina. Too wet or to much lube can reduce friction. Try it without lube. If she is naturally too wet. You can wipe her vagina with a dry washcloth.
Most likely she'll like you solving these problems for her. Maybe she doesn't know these tricks or is embarrassed to do them.

you can try using HA filler to help with the firmness and fullness of the glans.
tbh i don't think you can do much with the position of the penis but IMO having more length would help.

did you keep your penis upright toward the belly button after your operation?

tbh what i would recommend is doing traction to increase the size of the penis and get a revision .
