3.5 weeks in: asked the doc about the flat bulb on the implant after aggressive cycling…he said I’m out of fluid. Apparently I maxed out. He told me that my 26cm titan will hold 119cc and that he filled the reservoir with 120cc. I’m still down on size and was wondering a couple of things. Can I still regain size with cycling? And will the penis bending exercises actually do anything if there isn’t any more saline in the tank when I’m cycling?

Since the purpose of the penis bending exercises is to stretch the cylinders and your tissues, allowing room for more saline to be pumped in, I would guess they don't do much, if anything, beyond the point where all the available saline has been transferred to the cylinders.

I’ve read every post imaginable pertaining to my questions. I can’t imagine running out of saline after one week of cycling when I hear about months of patience needed to achieve your max potential. 8x6 puts you above the 99th percentile for both length and girth. It's possible that even the largest IPP reservoir simply doesn't hold enough saline to expand an inflated dick beyond that size. That's a question for your surgeon, though.

Did he say that even after you informed him that your reservoir goes dry before you can inflate to your full potential?

Good news-swelling and pain almost gone
Bad news-after the swelling went away, I’m now down to 5 3/4 girth. No more saline for expansion…oh well.

It probably is worth it…you just read all the studies and hear from all the success stories and hope you don’t fall into the 5% that aren’t satisfied. 1 out of 20…I’m just disappointed
