Some minor pains and annoyances, but I haven't needed pain meds since the first week.

Tips are about 75% or more into the glans. Right tip is a tad bit further as Hakky said they might not both fit fully in due to size constraints at the tip of my glans.

I've been cycling for only about 20 mins a day, pretty crappy considering my first implant I was cycling almost 2 hours per day.

This thing definitely has a bigger bulge than my first one. I am interested to see what its like in shorts in the summer. Basketball short and sweatpants show it well haha. I've added a number of longer shirts to cover it up lately.

I'm allowed to start having sex again. I have a few chicks that want to, but my picky ass with low libidos keeps me from wanting to bang most of them.

I hate the One Touch Pump so much. I can never get it to work with one touch, I end up having to hold it down the whole time just like the genesis pump. Half the time it doesnt even work right that way. And its a bigger pump that the Genesis to. Can't wait till the new pump is out in 5 years.

My tubing sort of pushes right testicle up. Im taking Kisspeptin (sort of like HCG) to try to get my balls to drop and get bigger again but so far no success.

I’ve heard the one touch function has a little trick to it to get it to function properly but I can’t remember what it was or where I read it. Maybe someone hear can chime in.

I am pleased, actually very pleased. I think I'm more just annoyed due to the "stage" I am in. 5 weeks is sort of that stage where you can use it finally, but a lot of the smaller annoyances are still there i.e. minor pains come and go, needing to cycle it, cylinders still haven''t softened up, pump issues, etc.

Hey ViaSwiss I have the one touch and been using it for 17 months now. For me to get the release to work takes a helluva squeeze on the release button. After it is activated it works like designed but to reset it also takes a good squeeze on the ball cause it is rock hard. Think I prefer holding the button instead.

They both had about the same angle.. I am at about 1:45 or 2 o'clock..

Nice dick. Current length and girth?

It honestly hard to measure bone pressed with the angle I have. My best measurement seems to be 15.5cm in length and 5cm in girth without full engorgement.

Why do you suppose most docs do not go into the glans?

I met with one yesterday who said I should expect to lose 20% of my length because the Titan tips will not be in the glans.

At 6" erect, I don't really want to give up 1.2" !
