Can't find much info on this. Looks like an internal constriction ring which closes/opens the veins to the penis with a push of a button? What if the system fails and closes off the veins without wanting to open up, what the hell do you do then? Have this even been tested in humans at all?

I expect either a fail-safe mechanism to open normal venous outflow or a visit to an emergency room for drainage not unlike what one would do with priapism from injection or other cause.

The fact that this implant would not damage ones corpus cavernosum allowing a more natural, self-erection of the pens would make it attractive to many men.

Implantica is currently getting known for its first released product called RefluxStop (this is something for treatment of acid reflux). The initial results show 100% success rate for all correctly operated patients, which sounds very promising.

It is said that "RefluxStop™ may cause a shift in acid reflux treatment", which certainly can give some hope and trust in this company.

When it comes to PotencyFlow, this is supposedly one of their next products, so no clinical trials have been performed yet. But there is a PDF by Implantica which says some more information about this product:

Interesting page is 36. According to this page, PotencyFlow is aimed to target patients who do not respond to pills or do not use them due to side effects and many other info including how approximately is this thing going to work (even though it´s not much different from what contains the link already posted earlier in this thread). But may give a better understanding as it is mostly described by different words / phrases.

At page 39 there is a note about possible duration of clinical trials, which can be around 3 years (but there are possibilities for a shorter approval proccess, since this product involves already proven treatment methods (which most likely was not the case of RefluxStop)).

Page 59 follows by stating that Implantica aims to commercialise this product 2022 onwards. There are some other sources available about RefluxStop saying that its development started in 2016 and in 2020 the product was officially launched in very first countries. This 4-year duration could make us think that a similar duration could be present in case of PotencyFlow (so the Date could be somewhere in 2026 (which is also mentioned in the PDF in some way, but take this with a grain of salt, as it is mostly based on my own conclusion and understanding of the given PDF)).

If I untestood well, their intention is to COMMERCIALISE it in 2022. I would go for it, no matter what the price is.
