I drove my stick shift truck a couple of days after my surgery. It was a bit of a challenge, but I managed.

Driving felt fine at 4 days. Made a 250-mile road trip at 9 days, which my balls were not happy about by the time we got home.

I just drove 4 1/2 hours home after having a revision with Dr Hakky yesterday. I think having a drain and not being swollen is the ticket. I haven't had any pain meds, he numbed me up good.

I had no problems driving after a couple of days. However, went I went to the doctor and got cleared to pump for the first time, I had to make a 3 hour drive out of town. I was anxious to see how it worked, so I tried to pump before leaving. Big mistake, as it takes a few days to get used to it, I couldn't get it all the way down. Very uncomfable driving.

I would say either afte surgery, of your first activation, you should be ok if not in pain.
