I am wondering why you did not choose to go with the Titan. My understanding is that the Titan has longer and "fatter" cylinders.

Most with good sized dicks choose a Titan.

Honestly don't think I was ever told about the Titan or any others. I did zero research. Met urologist, told him I need implant, this happened. Implant is needed as a result of my brain injury, so I'm not the kinda guy who makes his own medical choices, lol.

In response to everyone else: Not a single one of you provided any meaningful information of any substance that is worth my time to reply. No one reading this thread now or in the future will benefit from the effort you put forth in your comments. This is not surprising, given that every one of my other interactions in these forums have been equally unhelpful.

Oh, and I'm not comfortable posting dick pics here but in the interest of this post I'm more than happy to get verification of past size and my size increases.I want this post to have trustworthy information about my efforts to regain my size. Can I do this with a mod or someone here who's reliable?

My post is important information for people to read. It's honestly just incredibly frustrating that in a forum named FrankTalk about penile implants you don't talk about dick size "frankly." It's also honestly ridiculous, given that approx. 100% of men considering an implant care more than anything else about that.

December 30th: Despite me having zero knowledge or training about how to regain my size, I had one of those brain-waves moments kick in where I realized the best approach: masturbate, a lot.

Maybe week ago I first felt comfortable trying to. Doctor had told me not to last appointment but around now you realize you can "go against doctor's orders" because your dick essentially works again.

So inflate it and deflate it. A lot. Jerk off. A lot.

No measurements, cause it feels soft and tired.

December 31 (7.8"x5.5"): My girth is getting bigger. Two reasons:
1) I don't think I've measured it for a while, still seemed small and I didn't check.
2) I wasn't masturbating last time I measured.

I don't actually know anything, but it's my thought that repeatedly masturbating throughout the day is probably good for everything, girth specifically, maybe. After a lot of masturbation my dick has been more sore. That's a good thing - get back to pulling it and stretching it through the pain.

More advice:

Don't wear pants at home. It's helping me. Your penis is always right there ready for you to do some work. I had a downward slope before implant at about 30%. The slope seems more extreme now, so my doctor said I should hold it straight for a new minutes every day. He said that - so, do it for 30+ minutes throughout the day.

January 2nd, 2022 (8"x5.5"): Getting back into the 8 inch club is definitely a good feeling. (My girth measurements are difficult. I might not be exactly 5.5", but it's bigger than it was, so that's good.)

My length has been growing incrementally at a pretty good pace. I think what I'm doing is effective - I'm keeping it erect most of the day. Pumping all the time, never quitting, always trying to make it even more erect by squeezing out every possible pump. I get a feeling of sensitivity in my glans when it's pumped the max, I think.

Masturbating several times a day. Pulling and stretching from every angle. Still not wearing pants. That helps.

I realized something about doctor's advice to hold my dick straight to get rid off the extra downward slope: the doctor said to hold it straight actually means, bend it even further than straight. As far back as you can bend it.

I believe this is helpful advice. Your dick can grow. Don't be a baby about it. Do some work. Feel some pain. Keep pulling, stretching, squeezing, jerking off, etc. It's worth it. Your dick will thank you later.

I can see how I explained that awkwardly but I was trying to say, my dick is currently slanted downwards pretty aggressively. I could hold it straight, which might work. Or, instead of holding it exactly straight, I could keep bending it further, the opposite way of downward, past what would qualify as straight.

Don't merely hold it straight. Hold it above straight. Cause it kinda hurts.

Basically me emphasizing the point again, that in my opinion, if you are determined to regain the size of your dick post-implant, which I'd believe essentially ever man wants, then it's worth putting in some effort, even beyond what's "comfortable."

Note: I have zero credibility on the topic of implants. I have little to no knowledge on what's best. If you follow my advice and it hurts you, it's not my fault, because I'm merely an idiot on the internet obsessed with trying to make his dick big again.

Though I am hoping I can share my approach, and if it can work, and if it can help other men who also want their size back.

January 9th (7.7"x5.5"): Oh no, my penis is getting smaller and is now below 8"! Well, I'm not concerned. I can't seem to bump it all the way up like before. The reason? This is the recovery of a major body part. Don't expect consistent increases in your size every day after an implant; that's not how dicks work, nor how recovering from a surgical procedure works.

Possibly related updates: I decided to buy a Vacuum Erection Device (VED), aka, a penis pump. My doctor told me it would not do me any good, but later I realized, it won't do me any bad either. I'd regret it if I don't reach my goal.

I got the BOS-2000-2 Battery Powered. I did a minimal amount of research. Found a review page that seemed fairly trustworthy, BOS was one recommended. It having battery power, and not being the cheapest, got me to buy it. Have heard several positive recommendations of getting a LeLuv from Ebay. I was told LeLuv has several different diameters of cylinders if you need something bigger or smaller.

Speaking of research, the findings of using a VED on an AMS 700 to regain size are positive.

Penile shortening after inflatable penile prosthesis placement for erectile dysfunction is a common postoperative patient complaint and can reduce overall satisfaction with the procedure. In this prospective study we report our results regarding penile dimensions and patient satisfaction outcomes after 1 year of follow-up from AMSTMLGX700® penile prosthesis implant with 6 months of vacuum erectile device therapy. Seventy-four selected patients with medically refractory erectile dysfunction underwent AMSTM LGX 700® IPP placement. Postoperatively, patients were assigned vacuum device therapy for 5 min twice daily. Follow-up continued for 1 year after surgery. Dimensional and functional results were assessed. Baseline median preoperative stretched penile length and girth were 14 cm (range 10-17) and 9 cm (range 7-12), respectively. At the end of the study penile median dimensional outcomes were 17 cm (range 13-23) for length and 11 cm (range 10-13) for girth while a median number of 24 pumps (range 18–29) to fully inflate the device was seen. Baseline median International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5) score was 9 (range 5-11), at 6 months 20 (range 18-26) and at 1 year was 25 (range 20-27) (p<0.0001). Median Erectile Dysfunction Inventory of Treatment Satisfaction (EDITS) score at the end of the follow-up was 74 (range 66–78). Our postoperative rehabilitation program is feasible and should be recommended after prothesis surgery in order to increase overall satisfaction with the procedure. Penile postoperative dimensional outcomes were statistically significant improved and complications were negligible.

Honestly, though, that's kind of the thing with all research I've found about implants. The findings are consistent that this AMS device, as well as other devices, are fully capable of regaining or increasing your dick size.

I don't know why it seems that the majority of the people on these forums report back about losing sizes. Maybe that's why no one here talks frankly about dick size? Did they need to try harder? I'm not sure.

February 2nd (8.0"x5.5"): I've been waiting for a little while to post an updates about how I've regained some of my size. I haven't. It's been a 8"x5.5" for a little over a month now. This is not good news and I am slightly concerned.

I realized instead of only posting my successes I might as well share my non-successes also. Hopefully this is common in the process of regaining size and it's good for others to be aware not to expect a .5 cm increase few weeks.

I'll stick to the routine (lots of inflation/deflation, VED use, stretching, etc.) and hopefully report back positive improvements at some point. We'll see.
