3. PT-141 usually comes as a dry powder, with 10mg in a 10ml vial. I bought bacteriostatic sterile water off Amazon and diluted the 10 mg in the vial with 1 ml of water. So 10 units of mix = 1 mg of PT141. AN effective dose shold be between 1-3 mg. Etc depending on the dose you want.

Search here on "bacteriostatic" because you'll find some threads that get into it. I would read every thread here cover to cover that seems to be about PT-141 / bremelanotide (there aren't THAT many!). Peptide Pros or Swole Research / SAF I've bought from. Best pricing I've hit is $20/vial when Swole had a B1G3 deal. You can get it from overseas for <$10/vial all-in (buying 10+ vials) but I'm yet to strike that iron.

Yes, the "cost" to "benefits" ratio was too high for me especially with no libido problems and a workable solution to ED with PGE/TriMix. I was hoping it would help with the anorgasmia but could not get over the side effects issue. At a higher dose at 2.5mg, it made me wildly horney,

Absolutely. I want to say it's like $20 (before shipping, if any) for a 30ML bottle, so that's good for reconstituting some 30 10mg vials of PT-141... its cost is irrelevant. I'd start by phoning around locally to if not the chain pharmacies then a pharmacy at a hospital or a local compounding. And the places that sell PT-141 online usually sell the bacteriostatic water since so many of the things they sell need reconstitution. I'm not sure how critical the bacteriostatic is vs say distilled water (we're only doing subcutaneous not intravenous injections) but it's so cheap why risk?

I got a short lived erection with the higher dosing but certainly did not experience the recurrent hard wood and animal-like libido that others have reported nor did I have any negative effects. Can anyone suggest a higher dosage or offer a suggestion?

I don’t know that most (any) get animal-like libido. For me the libido piece is almost like a yearning, an anxiety. I think you could look at max doses used in clinical trials, but feel like 4mg should be OK for you to try next. There’s some YMMV here… not sure who you got it from but sounds like it’s legit since you got SOME reaction.

I store in fridge, only freeze the powder, not sure how necessary freezing powder is. I don’t know what the shelf life is for refrigerated since I’ve used it up within two weeks (I can’t use it up sooner if I’m being smart and only dosing twice/week).

I have a question relating to PT-141. Quite often I will see PT-141 not for men or post menopausal women. But I've never been able to find out why.
