Lumpy hard scar forming on scrotum

Hi everyone, This is Sam and I am 55, and new to forum. Had the Titan implant done 3 weeks ago and much of the swelling has gone but the incision is closing and it feels all lumpy rather than what I would expect along the cut line. After I had a vasectomy in 2015 I could not see or feel the scars at all. Granted it’s a bigger cut, buts it’s just feels lumpy and solid between my fingers. Also has nice thick strip I can feel running in line with pump tubing and the pump itself is stuck to the skin internally in one place. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had this same type of scar and it was long due to also having a. Scrotoplasty. It seemed unusual to me but resolved/healed completely. Just give it lots of time to heal. After mine was fully healed, there was still a lump in the tissue. I was talking with a plastic surgeon about something else and he told me to gently massage it. I have no mark or lump there at all.
