Had my surgery today. Don’t know much so far except doctors comments that everything went great. I continue to be hopeful. Anesthesia is wearing off and no pain yet. They must have removed catheter because all I have now is drain tube and a hard wad where my junk is. Surgery was a very easy decision for me based upon what I have lived through and where I am at in life. NEVER EVER having to worry if I can get hard and if I can maintain. I am so looking forward to future and rebuilding intimacy with my wife. I took week off to heal.
I will update soon.

Congratulations!
My ED is also the result of an injury from bicycling. I took a 2000-mile, five-week bike trip and damaged my pudendal nerve.
I hope you have as much success with your implant as I've had. I think it's a good sign that the doctor said it went well.
