I’m thinking about having Stem Cell therapy, I’ve done a search and I’ve seen a few members have had it on this forum, some of which didn’t report any gains. I’m thinking the results may differ depending on the diagnosis of your ED, I.e it works better on people who have nerve damage as opposed to venous leakage. Although some of the reports that I’ve read on here have been negative, I’ve read on the Phalloboards forum that it really helped someone with their ED, and they reported this to me a year after they had it, which suggests it’s at least semi permanent.
-Does anyone know the Franktalk success rate for Stem Cell?
-Is there anyone on this forum that has reported gains with Stem Cells?
Thanks for your time.

Re: Stem Cell, Franktalk success rate
Any links to research on it?
Somewhat related, there are some "stem cell enhancing" herbs that you can buy, such as on Amazon. Not cheap, not a king's ransom. One is Stem-Kine, which is backed up by "research". I think the idea is that more circulating stem cells --> more ability to grow / repair endothelial blood vessels so important to erection formation? I personally stayed away from this stuff due to concern that it's sort of playing with fire. Where else might vessel or any other cell growth happen, could it act as catalyst for cancer, etc. But, I don't have enough information here (it's all so new that "complete" information could be a while).

ED since mid '20, with slight Peyronies. Thus begins a search for the right solution(s); 56yo a/o Sep '21. Three months into my quest (12/21), I think PT-141, Cialis/tadalafil 20mg and L-Arginine (maybe other herbs) are a winning formula. For now.

Thanks for the advice, as far as links, there have been multiple studies on on Stem Cell in relation to ED, just type it into Google, thanks.

Re: Stem Cell, Franktalk success rate
OK so most of the treatments out there by "male medical clinics" involve an injection into your unit (probably more than one injection). So the cost is $5K-$10K-$20K. There's a still forming more surgical approach where a web / lattice is put into your penis and that is a platform for stem cells to stay in place and do their thing. From a good summary / survey of various research studies I see that lower than 1% of the injected stem cells might remain in the target tissue, so I can see why the lattice technique could be innovative. see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7825548/
So the treatments are not some oral magic fairy dust (and I don't mean to trash anything that could be oral treatment, I mean PDE5s are oral treatment).

That’s very interesting and very useful, I’m definitely going to give this a read, thanks.

This is a rewiew of stem cells studies.

Not a miracle, not trash but let's say further studies are needed.
