I'd be curious if your country's health coverage pays for this surgery or not, and if not what cost they are charging. Wonder if it is as expensive as in the U.S. Did you consider coming to the U.S. to see Eid or Hakky maybe to get it done? they seem to have the biggest reputations on the East Coast of the U.S.

In Austria its not covered unfortunately, in Germany I'm many cases it is though as I've heard. Don't know about other countries. So I will have to pay out of pocket.
When it comes to cost this would be also interesting for me to find out and of course I'm going to as Osmonove in my call with him tomorrow. Based on some research it will be about 18.000€ in Germany/Austria, so I would say bit cheaper compared to US.

But again, just started my research so any additional feedback from the (European) community is still highly appreciated :D

I’m extremely happy with the implant. My German surgeon is top. Highly experienced and very caring. All my emails he answeres in no time. There was never the slightest problem with the implant, our sex is outstanding. Once my girlfriend remarked "now we are like 18 again”.

If you want to make an appointment I can assist you. It might help because he is quite in demand.

So as promised, here the update after my call with Dr. Osmonov:

First of all the process of reaching out to him was fairly easy, wrote him a mail and a few minutes later he replied and proposed a video call.
This call took place today, where he took time to answer all my questions on the procedure: here the summary:
- They currently do not take patients due to corona
- Cost of surgery (including everything) around 14.000 EUR
- He seemed really experienced and professional. He told me he had done more than 2000 implants in his career
- Satisfaction rate is high, for patients als well for partners (he even said experience for partners is even better with implants than with "normal" erections)
- As I have read a lot here on potential size and girth loss I asked him as well on that. He replied that some patients do indeed lose some length but girth can basically only increase or stay the same. Both factors depend on the actual implant that can/will be used. Decrease in length is also far more common for patients with "physical" issues history (e.g. prostate cancer etc.), less so with psychogenic patients.
- Also asked him about angle of erection after surgery (as my concern is that I might my angle towards 12 o clock). Here he said this is indeed a possbility and mainly depends of the length of the penis (the longer, the higher the possibility towards 6 o clock. However, he said this has no impact on intercourse activities whatsoever (so an angle towards 12 o clock brings no added value for sex - its just about optics)

So all in all i got a lot more confident about the surgery, in a next sept, as soon as corona situation allows, I will reach out to him again and schedule a check with the clinic and if they agree to do it I will most probably undergo the surgery as soon as possible.

Hope that helps someone, again, from my reasearch and call I think Dr. Osmonov is a top choice to pick for doing the surgery.

Cheers

I don't read anything that isn't fairly common knowledge on FT. So I think he has answered you well. Even the price seems very reasonable. At least based on my understanding on the Euro to USD conversion.
Corona delays are real even in parts of the USA. Good luck.

Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, price sounds fair to me as well compared to numbers I´ve been reading here (for USD conversion you can very roughly add 10%).

When it comes to common knowledge on FT I´m not fully sure, especially when it comes to size changes: In a lot of threads you get mixed messages and even experiences on that. A lot of people mention loss of girth for example, acc. to Osmonov that should not be an issue though. I am not sure if this is then a subjective impression by those who state it here? Also studies indicate that loss of size in general is rarely an issue (dont have one at hand but can be googled rather easily).

So thats where I myself am still a bit confused tbh

Size loss is a very hot topic. Time is the real issue in my opinion. It can take up to a year of dedicated cycling to get it back. Pick a couple of members that had good size results. Go back in their history & you might see that they did complain about size early on.
I've posted several times about penile retraction due to injury. My circumcision in 2013 lead to a length loss that baffled me at the time. It came back after some time.

I had my implant in London 6 weeks ago by Prof David Ralph. I suffered peyronies decease and during the operation and when implanted Mr Ralph informed me that I had ‘ floppy glands’ during the procedure he performed he did modelling on the glands and I now have a perfectly straight normal penis. I did lots of research prior to implant and can not recommend Prof Ralph highly enough.

Thanks for the info Steely,

May I ask did you have to pay out of pocket and if yes how much?
And did you have any size loss or is it too early to tell?

Thanks!

Hi I found in Turkey and 3 piece implant around $ 12,000-13,000. But I see that they are better known doctors in Europe than in Turkey and they cost about the same. I'm also interested in more information, Dm Stelly 74
