i think that malleable is problematic for partners who desire significant girth. the diameter of malleable is narrow, and the hardness is not great.

I suppose it depends on what type of demands the partner has. If the goal is to just put the cock in and bring the man to orgasm, then malleable will be fine.

If the goal is to simulate the same hardness and girth that you have with an erection induced by injection (ie, a cock that a teenager would have), then 3 piece implant would be necessary (and even then, the glans wil be not as good as the teenager)
