If you look at the above picture, right at the juncture of the pubic bone, pelvic floor, and penile fascia is an incredible ball of tightness causing my ED.
How do you guys think an implant will interact with that area, particularly the area in fascia of the penis? do you guys think an implant would help stretch that area out? that area is currently tugging on my pelvic floor, causing pelvic floor dysfunction so i'm really hoping an implant will help with that.
