I was expecting pain for a few weeks but I’ve come across a few things I wasn’t expecting. When feeling around the 3rd day I could feel tubing at the base of my penis on the left.

“Major surgery to your penis is gonna cause a whole lot of pain. I was in severe pain and discomfort for probably 2 weeks after mine. A surgeon cut open your balls and shoved something up them - what are you expecting?”
I literally just said what I was expecting….. what did you not understand? I said i was expecting to be in pain which I have been, totally understandable after a major surgery. What I was expecting was to feel tubing at the base of my penis and in my sack and to also feel what sounds like water squishing around in the areas where I feel the tubing. From what I’ve gathered that is not common, so i was simply asking if other guys who’ve been implanted have experienced something similar. There is clearly not right and all I’m trying to figure out if this was a mistake made during the surgery what are the options to fix it. I am terrified of undergoing another surgery based on what I’ve gone through with this.
