Nerves regrow slowly, I would continue treating the ED using PDE5i or injections, to get blood plasma in there to help heal.

What do you mean by "getting blood plasma in there there to help heal"? How does that work? Do you mean stem cell therapy? Do you have any success with that?

Sorry for the late reply. I've noticed slowly improved sensation from undertaking injection therapy, I do think that getting blood to flow does help.

I did the P-shot and ozone and my Peroynes disease got much worse, P-shot is bad for your penis if you have fibrosis, also the gain waves. Both are scams that can further damaged your penis

I didn't have either of these. Just had shockwave therapy and to me it revealed to be quite a scam (which only was there to make things worse) so I suppose those treatments may be similar, just there to make money with desperate guys.
Through shockwave therapy though, I discovered for certain that my ED is due to a nerve problem (that also affects my gut and urinary functions) which has it roots in heavy drinking over a month's period or so..
I'm just trying to find remedies and methods that help with nerves and bloodflow, but didn't find anything that noticeably helps. It's tough and only seems to slowly get worse, but I'm steadily trying to stay positive and search for ways that could possibly improve my life.

Hello, Skin. ABSOLUTELY THE SAME HERE! No ligation of veins, but after fracture repair. Before I went to Shockwave I could get an erection, it was difficult to maintain, but I could achieve a 95-100% erection. After Shockwave it is very difficult for me to get an 80% erection.
