Flu Gave Me Morning Wood & Good Libido... WHY???

Please someone explain this very strange phenomenon. Last month I came down with flu and of course felt terrible. But several days with it, I experienced high libido and surprising morning wood. Unfortunately now that I'm completely healed, I no longer possess high libido or morning wood. Can someone PLEASE explain this???

I've heard that the immune system draws out zinc in your body. The same element in oyster that's purported to increase libido.

"increasing immunity will increase libido?" No. I was not trying to draw any conclusion. Only trying to draw your attention to research going on. I am far too uneducated to understand the relationships but smart enough to see through the clouds of my ignorance the vague outline of a relationship.
