read that there is a at home antidote, but when I called the Urologist (I had a crazy scare) a nurse told me that that shot was only for medical professionals. Also she said it was not to be used until the blood was drained first. I don't want to have to have mine drained. I will at least be getting the right Sudafed not the slow crap. Does anyone have any experience with any of this? Also how do you keep the syringes? Refrigerator, freezer or room temperate? I just got my first prescription today, so any advise will be welcomed.

After I cum a few times, I drink very cold water. Sip it. A gallon worth at least. And then massage or apply pressure on your "taint". I think this relaxes the pelvic floor which allows the cock to relax.

When buying Sudafed to treat erections that won't go down be sure to get the version that contains Pseudoephedrine, most of the alternatives contain synthetics versions which aren't effective.
In many countries Pseuoephedrine is a regulated drug due to being used to make drugs of addiction and may be difficult to get, in Australia where I live it's easy to get if you have an ongoing relationship with your local Pharmacist.

There are numerous "home remedies" but I've never found much success with them, things such as vigorous exercise, cold showers, ice to the perineum/around the penisetc. Fortunately I've never had the need for medical treatment except the the first time my Urologist injected me and managed to overdose me, told me to go away and if it hadn't gone down in an hour to take the two sudafed he gave me, wait another hour and call him if that didn't work, It didn't and I ended up having three injections before it went down.

For those of you who might be wondering, the drug commonly used to relieve problem erections is Phenylephrine, I doubt it's available for home use.
As I've mentioned before I had three shots before it became effective on the one occasion I needed help, it required no blood drainage, just the injections. Ultimately it was totally successful.

Hi there and thanks for this tip it works for me but the key is to take it after the 2 or 3 hours after injection. 8-) 8-)

My urologist's nurse said that the antidote is phenylephrine, which is the only ingredient in Walgreens' "Wal-Phed PE." No prescription needed, but it's behind the counter and you'll have to ask for it specifically, and you'll have to sign their log. I needed 40mg the one time I had priapism, and then it worked rather slowly.

The nurse said that oxygen starvation begins at six hours, which is a danger for gangrene. :!:

Hi,
For me pseudoephinedrin works fine.
Some cold medicines contain it.

The very first time I injected I ended up with a 5 hour erection. (I had followed my doctor's instructions to the letter, but the problem is that my Urologist is not specialized in this area. I was her first Trimix patient. I actually came to her with the idea for Trimix). After hour 4 of my erection, I went to the hospital and endured a very embarrassing experience. By the time the doctor got to me my erection was gone.

Going forward, in addition to Sudafed, a very, very hot bath helps reduce my erection. I fill the tub up enough to cover my equipment and sit quietly for 10-15 minutes. It has worked for me, even when I did not have Sudafed.

When I picked up my first Rx of TriMix, it came as a kit with the medicine, needle, and a pack of Sudafed. The instructions included a five page "how to inject", and instructions on using the Sudafed as an antidote should the erection last too long. To take 5 20mg Sudafed to reverse the effects of the Rx.
