Pumping and starting trimix

I had RP surgery last year 3/17/2021 and have been pumping for penis health and length. My urologist is about to put me on trimix next month.

My question is will penis pumping for the last 8-9 months affect trimix shots?

I don't think so specifically. It may well enable the shots to work better by having kept your dick healthier. It certainly should have made targeting a little easier by having reduced shrinkage.
