Definitely easy. I've never used shots or creme, though my wife has and she so much prefers pellets. My levels do remain extremely consistent and I've never experienced any negatives, except for the cost.

I don't feel any better on the pellets than I did the shots. My Urologist hates the shots for some reason. Creams never did anything for me and were expensive as hell. Medicare covers the pellets

I get mine at my regular Urologist. He has a P.A. who does them. I guess it just depends on finding the right Urologist
