post op 6 days still bruised and swelling

i'm going to take it easy and just do gas safety inspections which isn't physical, but i still have to climb in and out of the van etc. I'll try on monday and i can always come home if it gets to much. My customers rely on me and i've already put them off for a week, i was completely naive thinking i would be ok in one week. Alot of the journals i read on another forum people seemed to recover alot quicker, maybe i just read the really positive ones ha. But you're right i don't want to set myself back another week or so.
