New implant

Postby Vetteman » Sat Mar 05, 2022 9:10 am

Hey guys had an ams 700 put in 3 weeks ago. My current issue is even deflated it still points straight out so going to work and out in public can be painful + awkward. Will it eventually relax and get limper or?

I am 16 days out. My current state of deflation is the same as yours. I start cycling in 3 days and and hope for improvement then.

When my soreness dissapated some I pressed the deflate butten for four seconds during which time I squeezed the shaft from the head back to the base. This seemed to help a little but now I'm leaving it alone until I see the doctor.

Im 7 months post op and the first 6 weeks he said he leaves it partly inflated to get the glans to adhear to the tips. I wouldn't mess with what he has done unless he gives the ok.

Are you sure it's totally deflated? Soon after surgery, my fully deflated state was not completely flaccid, but it didn't stick out enough to be painful or embarrassing. I did get some David Archy 2-pouch underwear that would help bend the penis down a little and keep it under control, but they also put it right out in front, which created a little more of a bulge in some ways. If you can wear loose, long tailed shirts, that can help.

After lots of cycling, the implant now is very flaccid if I drain it completely. I have to squeeze the fluid out to reach that state, starting with index finger and thumb just behind the head and then squeezing one finger at a time, back up the shaft. Sort of a reverse milking squeeze.

Regardless of how empty it gets, it will always be more "substantial" flaccid than before, as the cylinders are a little stiffer than the flesh they replace. It actually feels good to me. There's a litte more heft, girth, and length in both the shaft and the sack than before. Happy to discuss further if you need.

A few days after the surgery I went back to have the drain tube removed and the doc also deflated the pump. Just to be sure Ive tried deflecting it again a couple times with no change.
