You and I are in the same boat. Like you, I am a grower, also want a vasectomy, and live abroad, Tokyo. Am very concerned about logistics of getting this completed while living abroad. My hope is to get this end-July or August. At present Japan has restrictions, and while I can leave the country, cannot return without the proper gov't documents. Applied for them, but they'll take at least two months to arrive.

Last week contacted Perito and yesterday contacted Clavell. If you do not mind, I would like to PM you, for any wisdom you may have. For me, my worse nightmare is leaving the US and upon Japan arrival discovering an infection, or other issues related to the implant.

Please be well, strong.

I am checking in at the hospital right now, surgery scheduled in 2 hours.

@Tokyo_123 I'll send you a PM, I will actually be in Tokyo next month

Surgery is over, it seems they started at around 8:30am and I was already waking up at 10:30am.
The last thing I can recall is the anesthesiologist, the nurse and Dr Clavell at around 7:30am and then I just woke up with no pain at 10:30am. I currently have zero pain just a little discomfort that you feel when you have a big urge to piss. I am now waiting to actually piss so they can check that there was no damage to the urethra and I'll be ready to be released. So far everything went very smooth and cool. I was actually surprised to wake up and hear from the nurse that the surgery was over.

Welcome to the brotherhood -- glad you are not in pain!
Pretty magical how one minute you're adjusting to being in the operating room then bye bye and you wake up afterwards, right?
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

Right it is amazing you don't suffer you don't even realize they did something to you until you watch down and see there is a big buldge partially inflated and ready to serve its initial intended purpose after just a couple of week for many years to come.

By the way, I am now fully cleared to leave, I am just waiting for my hired friend to pick me up.

I can freely walk, practically no pain besides feeling a little pressure where I suspect the reservoir has been placed.

I am waiting for the report from the Dr Clavell to know what he was able to fit in.

I'll keep you posted guys, I hope this journal can serve as a humble reference for those considering to become Bionic.

I am back to the hotel, I had really zero pain and just mild discomfort close to the reservoir but that's expected when you have 100ml or more of saline solution in a pocket inside your body.
The exposed part of the penis looks fine and I can see that it will look big enough, however it is too early to come to any sort of conclusion.

Dr Clavell gave me his personal phone number and I just had a chat with him.
Here a quick report, I measured 23.5 on one side and something around 23 on the other. He implanted a Titan XL 24 cms and trimmed a little bit the tips. I am very happy with this approach as the Titan XL 24 is much wider than the standard Titan, so I can expect an improved girth.
He found abundant fibrosis and he fixed it to have the best implant in, no matter what.
He also measured my penis length and accordingly to him I was 17cm prior to surgery and the same size just after. That's without the glands engorged and without cycling, so I would say that it is potentially a better than expected outcome so far.

About the Ventral Phalloplasty, it was performed but not too much skin was taken off, given that I am uncircumcised and removing too much skin could cause problems with the foreskin in the future, as per surgeon advice.

I have taken no further medications, not even pain killers and I feel very well, maybe a little tired but no pain at all.

I will have to take an antibiotic tonight and I am not expecting to use any pain killer, even though Dr Clavell made a script for a few of them that I am keeping for just in case.

Fantastic result, congrats!

Mid 30’s. ED since early 20’s. Pharmaceuticals were helpful initially, but stopped working. Implanted with Titan 22cm -.5cm (no RTEs) by Dr. Clavell 1/26/2022.

Yes so far it looks extremely promising and everything was done in a professional manner and in a modern hospital that is not busy, so nurses and doctors have time to take care of their patients. I am glad that I chose Dr Clavell, he was just coming back from a seminar teaching other surgeons how to handle difficult cases, he really his the man, it is a pity that he is not doing more YouTube promotions as his "competitors" which may unjustly be considered better than him just because they are much better at using social medias.

Wonderful. I'll PM you. If you make it to Tokyo, I would be honored to take you out to Mexican food and Margaretta's. Of course, on me.

Heard Dr. Clavell on YouTube do a couple of podcasts, BackTable Urology. He was quite knowledgeable.
