My sack was big before, after adding a third in there it got huge. After a few months all the swelling went away, the two boys decided to play nicely with their new roommate, and now it's pretty much back to how it was years ago.

Like Old Guy said, it's most likely from swelling. Your scrotum was just traumatized, and it takes a while to recover. The swelling will go down in the coming weeks. It took about 6-8 weeks for my sac to relax and hang completely normal following surgery.

Thanks for the reply Steve, Im having a little buyers remorse right now and find myself questioning the surgery , I’ve read a lot of others stories and they work out fine but when your in the middle it’s hard to see!

A feeling of buyer's remorse is not unusual right after surgery. Just wait until you start using your dick, you will be so happy and horney there will be no regrets.

It's been three weeks. Give it three months. At that point your biggest worry will be who's sleeping on the massive wet spot from the shaking orgasms you're giving your girl every night.

Three weeks is too early to start cycling. What is the rush. Let the incision heal up because if you start cycling before the stitches are removed, it could come open again like it happened to me. Was not much but it opened up about quarter inch and that was just by pumping it up and cycling before completely healed up. If you are a fast healer like I was on my revision, I was all healed up in four weeks, but on my first it took six weeks to completely heal up. Got to be careful also not to get an infection because the whole implant would have to be removed until the infection is gone.
age: 75 First implant around 2001, 59 at the time. AMS 700 Ultrex
revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump

It has to be swelling that’s gone down! You are going to loose about a inch in size.
