Yes I am up and "running". It is now almost 24 hours from the surgery and I feel great, no pain just slight discomfort, the kind of discomfort that you feel when you have an urge to urinate but not very strong either.
I have to remove the bandage 48 hours after the surgery, so it will be tomorrow, as per the nurse instructions given to me at the hopsital.
Right now, the exposed portion of my penis (around 30-35% of it) seems fine, I can touch it without feeling any pain and I can even squeeze a little bit to feel the shape of the tubes which are not prominent or noticeable, however when I squeeze it I can clearly feel them.
49yo - ED since I was 35 -Oral therapy stopped working- Trimix/Bimix too strong even at the lowest dosage. Now Bionic thanks to Dr. Clavell since March 9 2022. Titan XL 24 cm, no rear tips, trimmed down to 23.5 cm. Reservoir 110ml.

Update 24 hours post surgery
I had my surgery completed yesterday at around 8:30am local time and it lasted about 1 hour.
At 10:30 I was awake and fully conscient, they waited for me to urinate to make sure the urethra was not accidentally damaged during the surgery. Soon after I was discharged.
I have felt no pain so far, I am right now experiencing a little itching or mild pain between the tip of my penis and the middle shaft, something that is fully tolerable and I am considering to take a Tylenon to prevent further discomfort but I don't think it is really needed.
Last night I took an antibiotic as per Dr Clavell script and this morning two more, then another one tonight for a total of 3 per day for the following week or so.
I can freely walk around with no discomfort besides the protruding buldge that has to be concealed. I can also bend and grab stuff from the floor and put my shoes on but with some minor extra discomfort.
So far everything seems fine, tomorrow I will remove the bandage to fully appreciate the visible extent of the surgery and its impact on my little buddy.
Edited : I forgot to mention that my surgeon does not use a catheter to identify the urethra thanks to the high volume of IPP surgeries that he performs. As a consequence my urethra is not inflamed and I haven't experienced any burning feeling at all when urinating.
Feel free to ask questions, I am happy to answer.

Awesome. Were you able to sleep last night w/out pain meds? And assuming all is OK, when can you leave Houston?

Yes I slept with no pain at all, Dr Clavell is administering a painkiller during the surgery so you have no pain for more than 24 hours, maybe even more. I am now experiencing some itching and increasing discomfort but not to the point that I really need to take any painkiller. I have put some ice around the exposed portion of my little boy and just below the belly on the right side where the reservoir has been placed.
Just with ice I have no discomfort at all. Given that I haven't taken any painkiller so far, I am expecting that I would have some discomfort or pain during the night, in such a case I will take one of the 3 painkillers that my surgeon prescribed.

Update 48 hours post surgery
Last night I managed to sleep from 11pm until 4:30am without taking any painkiller.
Then I felt an urge to urinate that woke me up. I was also feeling some intense burning sensation that I easily managed to calm with some icing. However I noticed that as soon as ice was removed, the pain was back. I decided to take my first Tylenol 500mg at 5:30am and another one at 7:30am so to be less sensitive while I was removing the bandage.
Bandage fully removed at around 8am, all looks good. I took a shower about 1 hour after and it was relaxing. After the shower I was feeling some mild to moderate pain and I decided to take the first prescription painkiller. I feel good and the results are impressive, I have not experienced yet the last minute patient remorse and I am actually happy that I have eventually fixed my ED for good. No more oral meds, no more needles, no more planning and preparations, that's a blessing.

Best of luck to you. I too will be having my surgery with Dr. Clavell at 7:30 AM in mid-May and I am also traveling solo, but much closer. Same hotel. I'm very interested in your experience.

Feel free to PM me if you have questions that you don't want to share publicly.
So far an amazing experience and I am little over 48 hours post surgery, I am using very little painkillers and I feel great.
Make sure you hire a friend to pick you up from the hospital otherwise they won't release you.

I just browsed Dr Clavell's website. Anyone happen to know what his infection rate is? He uses the no-touch technique which is good. On the website it just says in an experienced surgeons hands the infection rate is less than 2-3%.
Fifty-one years old. ED started at age forty. I took Cialis for eight years and used Trimix for almost three. Implanted 12/6/22 by Dr. Jonathan Clavell. AMS 700CX 21cm.
