Read about urologists giving you clomid and anasterozole. Take a pill 3 times a week and another one once. It tells your body to start producing testosterone again somehow.
Clomid is an off book treatment. I stopped injecting t mid Jan. And started a trial on clomid. March 9th my testosterone was at 695. Just under normal.
It doesn't work for all but appears to be working for me. Also not many side affects.
And my balls are getting harder. Noidea they even could work after my fall. My urologist was a bit skeptical but said he would prescribe the clomid for a trial basis.
So far so good on it. Time will tell.
Be careful with anastrozole. It's a drug for women who are recovering from breast cancer and need their estrogen at near zero. Estrogen, despite what many gym bros will tell you, has benefits in men, and you don't want to crush it, which is easy to do with anastrozole. Really, there shouldn't be a need to control estrogen on TRT (or clomid for that matter) as long as you're taking a true replacement dose (meaning enough to get your levels back to where they were in your 20s, but no more) and not pushing your testosterone into the supraphysiological range. After all, when we were 21 and had naturally high T, estrogen wasn't a problem.
