Do you tell people you got a penis implant?

I've told one friend that is not on FT during a discussion we had about his pending divorce. He said he didn't know if he'd ever get together with a woman again because of his ED, so I told him my story and that there is life after ED.
I guess I tell people that I think should know, will know anyway, or would benefit from knowing. If I had multiple partners, I'm sure I would tell them. The bulb, at least, is kind of obvious.

Not wanting to sound morbid or out of line. But did your friend seem relived to learn about implants? Almost makes a guy wonder how much of an effect that ED has in a divorce. I do wish him good luck in his path in life.

The ED had no effect on the divorce. Sex stopped long before the ED started. Lack of intimacy definitely took its toll, though.

I ran into a friend in a bar. He told me about his last year and a half of health challenges including prostatectomy during the era of COVID.

We didn't get into details regarding "his abilities", but I let him know that there are solutions and if he is interested, to get in touch with me and I could introduce him to my urologist who can help. I didn't go into details regarding my IPP, just that I know first hand that there are solutions.

I have not heard back from him.

Other than him (and medical professionals), the only other person who knows about my Titan is my wife. The topic of my johnson doesn't come up in conversation with other people all that often.

Just 3 months ago wifey and I were staying at a casino for the weekend,,, while at the bar she was talking to another woman for about an hour, I wasn't paying attention,,, watching the game on the big screen TV,,, I figured just women chatting.
Come to find out she was talking to her about my titan implant, I only found this out when she told me this woman is curious what it is like and wants to come back to the room with us and explore exactly what a titan implant really is.
I'll tell you right now,,, the woman left with a huge smile on her face 2 hours later.. and I'll guarantee she thinks about that night daily.
Moral of the story,,, sometimes it's a good thing to let someone know...
