Come to find out she was talking to her about my titan implant, I only found this out when she told me this woman is curious what it is like and wants to come back to the room with us and explore exactly what a titan implant really is.
I'll tell you right now,,, the woman left with a huge smile on her face 2 hours later.. and I'll guarantee she thinks about that night daily.
Moral of the story,,, sometimes it's a good thing to let someone know... :P :P :P

It took an hour?
For the woman to work up to asking your wife for a test drive? Or for your wife to consent to the request?

Or negotiate the terms & price?????

Wifey consents right away,,, she dosen't mind another woman in the bedroom at all,, Not sure how long we were in the room,, long enough for the wifey and her new friend to take a couple of quick test drives,, LOL,,, I should have, and probably could have charged the woman a service fee.. Curiosity didn't kill the cat that night,, my titan slayed that pussy,,, I went thru 3 surgeries within a 1 year period,,, and now it is finally paying off,,, Looking back on it,, I guess I would go thru it all again...
After 4 Titan IPP failures within 4 years I finally wised up and went to the Malleable Genesis 23cm- 13mm implanted 2-1-24 and no regrets so far.
For those that are asking, I'm going to change the wifeys avatar weekly.

thedriver,

I completely agree that getting my implant was worth the troubles I had getting insurance to approve the surgery and the recovery.

After years of failure in the bedroom, I now feel like a stud every time I fuck my wife.

Same here, I already told one of our friends about my implant and she wants a test ride on it so she can do a before and after report. I can’t wait to to try it out on a few ladies, I’m not going to tell a few of our other friends and she if they know it’s an implant.
It’s going to be great to get back in the swing of things!

Heck No! My surgeon is the only who knows. If your implant was done well, no one can tell.
ED issues started around 44, Received Implant 6/11/20 Dr. Kramer Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1, pump broke within a year and Implanted again by Dr. Hakky Coloplast Titan 26 XL + 1.

My closest friends and family already know what is going to happen next week. A lot of the reason I tell people is because so many of them are worried that my cancer has come back. This is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about. I'm correcting a problem with my body as a result of my cancer for crying out loud. ED needs to be talked about more openly. It's the butt of so many jokes because people are uncomfortable acknowledging it. I don't go around advertising that I'm having it done, but when people ask what's happening that will keep me away from work and they hear I'm going to have surgery, I'm just being up front instead of worrying people that I've got cancer again.

Looking forward to going Bionic on April 1!
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!

Great forum.

I've shared with ONE friend (out of state) and my spouse (obviously).

The others who know are strangers - (I give alot of talks to urology patients considering the procedure and medical professionals).

My PCP knows and has seen the device and how it cycles but nobody else. Its not that I wouldn't share - but why? Its not NORMAL discussion in my group or circle.

I think I will have to tell my group of friends as we are all nudist and I think they will notice the difference, I’m not going to say anything and wait to see if they notice. If they do they will all get a kick out of it, they are a fun bunch and I’m sure they will want to see how it pumps up. It will be a good laugh.

Considering your earlier experience:

It seems to me that, in your social circle ("a fun bunch"), you might wind up exhausted very quickly.

I wonder, though, considering the normal strictures of human nature and polite conversation, that even if they notice, will they comment?

LOL. There is usually never normal conversations. It will be an experiment to see if they notice. I guarantee they they will say something if they notice. Penises and boobs are a common subject with them.

Ah, so. Truly a fun bunch, then. Good for you. Good for them. Shedding clothes AND inhibitions imposed by restrictive societal norms.
