I read some complaints about oval shaping and I'd like to be better informed.

1) How does it look exactly? Oval corporal cavernosa?
Is it a minor or major issue?

2) Does taking pills improve it? I mean more engorgement spongiosum included included may give a rounder penis?

3) Is there any difference between AMS & Titan about oval shaping?

Most of us don’t get engorged after an implant including me and mine is oval also.Like others are saying it is rock hard and works very well!I like an engorged dick better and use my VED to accomplish that and it works really well for me.Several other options out there too one being TriMix jell.

Also page through the “Implant pics” thread. If you’re really studying and purposeful looking for it you might notice some implanted dicks aren’t perfectly round. But I don’t think anyone would ever notice in the locker room or on the nude beach.

So after surgery you have 2 cylinders implanted in your penis. And as you OP'd there are 3 erectile bodies. So the degree of engorgement in the third erectile body is the determining factor and varies. Some men receive implants for sever curvature and still have erectile function and as was mentioned some men use ED medications after implant to help with third erectile body engorgement.
