I really doubt that there is any difference in the general shape. They both have two cylinders that expand to the tunica. So the final shape should be very similar.

I want to start by saying the first 2+ months after I was given the okay to have sex weren't that great. While my body continued to heal and adjust to the implant, I struggled with all the things you asked about.
