I used large trousers and a long wide t-shirt, the kind of t-shirs used by windsurfers. Make sure it is oversized, it will easily cover all the bulge even if you don't use a jock strap. I have used a jock strap too, however it may be uncomfortable for a long trip. Depending on your comfort level and thanks to the big t-shirt you can slide the jock strap off your penis and back as needed, make sure you also wear underwear not just the jock strap. I have also put a baby sock on top of my little baby so to limit frictions. It seems nobody noticed anything strange not even at the x-ray scanners.

For the airport I recommend a jock strap with a 3 inches band so you can push your baby towards your belly, it is more discreet in case they touch you (palp test) when you go through the x-ray scanner. Otherwise just oversized dresses are good enough to hide the treasure with the added benefit that you are not putting too much pressure over an already mistreated piece of flesh...

Full Update: day 19 post-surgery.

Last night, before going to bed, I sent an email to my surgeon to get the geeenlight to activate my little toy on day 20 post surgery. To my great surprise, a couple of hours later, during the night, he replied to give me immediate clearance. As soon as I woke up, I tried to deflate the IPP and it was much simpler than I was expecting, yes you need to firmly grab the release valve to avoid slippage and unpleasant sensations and yes you need to exerce a good amount of pressure with your index and thumb, you can also feel some capillaries in your way but you simply shift them around and you are ready to deflate. Immediately after I tried to pump the boy and I managed to give around 15 partial squeezes, I don't feel like I managed to sequeeze wall to wall, however with just 15 squeezes, it was pointing to 2:45 and it was hard as a rock and it was a little uncomfortable too. It was a much stronger erection than what I had achieved with Viagra and Trimix/Bimix and the shaft was firm and not wobbling, most probably harder than most women would like to, no experience with guys...sorry. I then deflated it again and I would say that even fully deflated it is suitable for oral and possibly for a penetration. It is relatively easy to conceal inside your trousers, however it is noticeable, people would notice that you are a man, but not to the point that it looks obscene. I haven't measured it yet, but I assume that while prominent in both length and girth, it is not yet at the full 17 cm measured by the surgeon when he fully inflated it to test the engine. I am however very happy with the current size that is very close, from a quick visual measure, to my original size with the extra benefit that it is very firm with a good girth and it can last forever without having to worry about injections, pills or other mental and psychological preparation. I am very happy so far. I'll keep you posted when I measure it and I'll try to log the progress while cycling. My surgeon recommended not to have sex before day 28 post surgery but I can tell you that it feel nice in my hands and I will surely enjoy some good sensations when ready to use it in full...
By the way, I can now move with much more freedom and without an annoying jockstrap bothering me...and my dick!

I had forgotten to mention that I did the deflation and inflation while standing naked, no shower, no hot bath and no pain , I did use both hands to make sure nothing was slipping...

Excellant! Is there a differencw between your erection angle pre and post op? Does it match the erecrion you got in your pre ED days? My angle points downwards so i was hoping the implant would fix that

Yes there's a big difference, before I was pointing slightly below 3pm, now it is around 2:30pm, it is better than I ever recall in my youth.

Update: day 20 post-surgery.

I am now cycling, last night I cycled for 1 hour and this morning another hour. I cannot push more than 30, almost wall to wall, squeezes otherwise it become painful. However I could easily have sex with just 10 squeezes and surely receive oral even "totally" deflated. Note that Titan is never totally flat that's why you can easily use it for some gaming activities even with no squeezes.
When I reach the 30 squeezes level, I start getting some pain around and inside the anus/rectum. It is the sort of pain that I was getting when I had prolonged erections prior to the surgery, those lasting more than 3-4 hours. Tonight I'll be travelling for about 12 hours by plane. Update: day 21 post-surgery.

Around 12 hours trip by plane with no issue, some little pain when standing stationary, otherwise walking and sitting are comfortable enough. Airport security checks went straightforward, no beep at the x-ray scanning, no questions asked. I have used no jockstrap, just my deflated boy and oversized dresses.

Today, after reaching my hotel, I have cycled for 2 hours in a row with little or no discomfort. I noticed that I was unable to find the release valve when lying in bed, instead I quickly found it when standing.
