How many pumps?

Postby Cartman » Tue Mar 29, 2022 11:46 am

Hello to all my bionic brothers.

Had my implant done March 4th 2022. In regards to size, I was never a shower, but after implant, my average size has been more than impressive. I really do not care about the length or girth (even tho both have been improved since implant). ALL I WANTED from this is a dick that works, and NOW I HAVE ONE !!!! Yeah !!!!

Now to my question, I started cycling yesterday. How many pumps should I do per cycle? I get to do up to 20-25 before it starts to be uncomfortable. I guess it is because I am still healing. I see my doctor April 18th for final inspection and to get an all clear to start have sex again.

So how many pumps should I do, and does that number increase as time passes?

Thank you guys and this site ROCKS !!!!

I can’t help with your answer but I would like to know, did you go with infrapubic or scrotum? Also what were you flaccid before surgery, I’m just curious because my implant date is May
10th. You seem to be doing well in a short period of time.
58yr. Married to awesome wife, retired after second back surgery. PE since early 20’s, ED started around 40, back surgeries and heart problems have ruin my dick
Update; implanted on May 10th, Dr. Karpman. 25cm + RTE

My stitches are at the base of my penis and my scrotum. They will dissolve on their own. I was basically 90% flaccid before the surgery. I tried all sorts of pills, pumps, gels and injections, but all I got was a partial erection that did not last.

All info that I have is that is an AMS 70 MS, do not know the cm, and honestly, I don't care. I am over the moon with the results. I do not need to be John Holmes, I just want to be able to have intercourse again with my wife. I am 60 years old, diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018 with a Gleason score of 9. Did 39 sessions of radiation that rendered my penis useless.

My doctors at the University of Miami (Urologist and Oncologist) were just concerned and focused on my recovery from cancer. The last hurdle they were worried about was my erection. Being that subsequent PSA's have come back negative, the next step was to deal with my erection.

To be honest with you, I consulted with the Urology team at University of Miami and they seemed very conservative, so, I decide to see other implant specialist in Miami. I visited Dr Perito, but I left with some reservations because the sales pitch was too aggressive. Listen, my Daughter in Law is a doctor and she held my hand since the beginning and laid down all the facts of what the reality is in regards to implants. So, being told that I was going to be bigger and thicker regardless of my anatomy seemed to boiler room to me.

I did see another doctor in Miami and felt again that I was being promised more than what I was going to get. Unfortunately, my insurance did not cover the implant and I was looking to be out of pocket $22K. I was going to make the most educated and well informed decision of my life.

I opted with the University of Miami and Dr. Houser only promised me that I was going to be the best that my anatomy permitted me and that it was going to be gradual and that if I followed his instructions, I will heal fast and be be as comfortable as possible with this new device.

It's been 3 ½ weeks (going on 4 this coming Friday) and I feel FANTASTIC. I walk 2 miles a day, cycle (pumps) twice a day. No more Motrim, Tylenol for pain. Just so happy with my decision.

I truly believe that April 18th I will pop my cherry with my wife and enjoy our renewed sex life again.

Dr. Hauser mentioned that I should not worry about the outcome at this stage. As my wife and I have sex, she will be the best one to do the Perito exercise as oppose to doing it to myself. If your significant other is as understanding and cooperating as mine, it's is going to be really fun as she bends my dick in every direction.

I am telling my friend, it is all heaven from here and on. BEST decision on my life in regards to my state of mind, my soul and sex life. I PROMISE YOU THIS, the only regret you'll have is not having this done sooner.

Any questions or concerns you (or anyone else) can call me. Good luck and welcome to the Bionic Club

It depends on the size of your cylinders, reservoir and how much of a pump each pump really is.

For instance, I have an 18cm titan and a 100ml reservoir.

I started cycling last Wednesday and am roughly 12 full pumps and then 4 half. after a few minutes I can then squeeze a further 3 pumps so 17 full pumps in total.

I begin to hurt after about 8 or 9 but I know this is because i am being stretched.

i expect to end up at 20-22 full pumps by week 4-6 of cycling.
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

I just ended messaging with Dr. Houser and he said that I should pump until it gets a little uncomfortable and leave it there up to an hour. He said the additional pumping should take place while having sex, by then my healing has progressed more and with my wife doing her thing (Perito exercise) I should be able to get in a few more pumps and gradually go more as we have more sex. I am different because of my cancer history and Gleason score. Little by little and eventually I will expand in length and girth with each sex session. The days between sex sessions, I should just pump normally, no need to hurry anything, I have to consider that my penis got fried due to the radiation.

As stated, different for everyone - based on many variables (reservoir size, dexterity, etc).

I am averaging about 18 or so pumps with thumb/forefinger to fully inflate.

I have trouble doing full pumps and just do fast partial pumps. About 50 usually. Then wait a while and pump some more. Usually, 2-4 fluid moving pumps then bypass fluid pumps start. Then repeat.
Injections failed. Implanted 3-21-18 AMS 700 LGX 21 + 1 RTE 100 cc reservoir 6.5" L 5" G Dr. Kramer.
