Not sure what you mean? If you got an implant your flaccid state would be very noticeable to them. And since of all places they're friends at a nudist resort I'm really, really struggling to figure out why them noticing your dick being bigger is a bad thing, lol. They're nudists. It'll be fun.

I’m just saying I know they will notice and probably want a demonstration which I will happily do and would be fun. I guess what I mean is if it is a lot bigger flaccid would it be trembly more more noticeable to people I know there but not on a friends bases, my friends will just ask but others would notice but not ask. My friends will know because they will wonder why I’m not going to be there for a month or so. I guess I kinda worded it wrong.

Not sure what you mean when you said trembly. Nothing will be shaking or quivering. It'll be your flaccid dick, and it'll be bigger than it was before. Beyond that, it'll be exactly like your flaccid dick is now. Just a bigger version of it.
