underpants after implant
underpants after implant
My implant was 8 days ago. I've seen the advice to point penis toward navel to make it easier for the cylinders to point out during the erection. Easy to do when sitting. What about when standing & walking? I wear briefs, & my research tells me that is good for supporting the scrotum & keeping the penis pointing up. Is this all correct? Any other pointers?
Re: underpants after implant
Maybe these would work. LOL. I’ve been searching for briefs to wear after surgery as well

For me, the only comfortable trousers are the good old school white underwear. They are they most sturdy ones for support. I purchased all sort of different kinds and brands, but after being outside for quite some time, my crotch starts to swell up because of all the movement. The white old school underwear's are the only one that I cane outdoors all day. Obviously, I have to readjust my penis once and while specially after standing up.

How long after surgery couldn’t you wear clothes and normal underwear and be comfortable? Did you do infrapubic or scrotal? Which should make some difference.

I like David Archy dual pouch. They work well for fit & comfort after your surgery.
77 yo with ED for over 20 years.Tried everything, & found injections were the only thing that worked.I am so grateful for FT. Was implanted 6/18/19 with a 18cm AMS LGX w 3.0cm RTE,100ml reservoir, infrapubic procedure by Dr. Richard Roach, “Bailey”
Re: underpants after implant
I wore McDavid jock straps, with my dick pointed up, 24 hours a day for about four weeks following surgery. Now, a year out, if I wear underwear at all, I have found the Seperatec dual pouch to be very comfortable.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Unless you cut the tip off of that penis sheath, I doubt those would be worth the trouble when it comes time to urinate, no matter how comfortable they might feel.

Just bought some seperatec. they have a flap over the glans so you can flip it up to pee. They are soft enough that I can pump my AUS pump through the material. We will see how they workin the long run.SteveSW wrote:I wore McDavid jock straps, with my dick pointed up, 24 hours a day for about four weeks following surgery. Re: underpants after implant
For me the best solution: no underpants and I never pointed the penis up. Just let it hang.
Everything is fine, the result couldn’t be better.

Same for me Strongain. No underwear unless I'm going for a more modest look. Thin dress pants and such. Otherwise I find it more comfortable to free ball
