I am anxiously awaiting for my doctor's green light to engage in sex again with my wife on April 18th.

I was cleared for sex 6 weeks out. I was fucking 15 minutes after I got home from the doctor. For me the sex was pain free and it was pretty aggressive because I was raging horny The only real pain I had early on, was in the glans after an hour or so of being inflated. That went on for a while whether pumped up for sex or cycling and doesn't happen anymore. But all guys heal differently, so your mileage may vary. You are gonna' love it!

I carefully had sex 2 days early, but took it very easy with no ill effects.

I'm a Peritoite, so I was back to fucking two weeks after surgery. Not gonna lie, my dick was sore at that point, particularly where the cylinder tips pushed into the glans. Did you have infrapubic or scrotal implant, just to see if there is a time difference between the two as to how fast you can resume sex. I’m going infrapubic and the doctor said sex in about 3weeks but that may be a little early

My doctor said a 1” scar just above the pubic bone, or the base of penis I had a scrotum reduction a few years ago and I can tell you that hurt more than my peyronies surgery. So I don’t know if the scrotum way of doing the implant hurts worse and is why they take longer (from what I’ve read) to heal, start cycling or to have sex.
