For PF physio I do mostly PF relaxation stretches and glute/core strengthening. When I do it consistently it helps alleviate most of my symptoms. I don't do any internal/external massage or trigger point relief though, at least not yet - I'm meeting a physio soon who I'm hoping will be able to instruct me on how to do these. A few other things which help include swimming, split squats, Romanian deadlifts, generally keeping active and managing stress.
29 years old. ED caused by CPPS/HF-like symptoms since coming off antidepressants in 2012. Taking Cialis 5mg every other day and undergoing pelvic floor physiotherapy.
